Reverence for Life / Szacunek dla życia

The realm of concepts – the mighty intellect
And the architect of individual reality
Can remind me of the recent loss
And temporarily render me powerless
Holding onto the illusion of permanence
And attempting to drown me in sorrow
But my spirit – the free will
Ascends above the ego’s concepts
To feel reverence for life
And goodwill towards all
To sustain my ultimate truths
Of which my heart is the keeper
While I smile, sniffing rosemary
For remembrance

Sfera pojęć – potężny intelekt
I architekt indywidualnej rzeczywistości
Może mi przypomnieć ostatnią stratę
I tymczasowo mnie unieszkodliwić
Trzymając się iluzji trwałości
I próbując utopić mnie w smutku
Ale mój duch – wolna wola
Wznosi się ponad wszystkie koncepcje ego
Czując szacunek dla życia
I życzliwość dla wszystkich
Aby podtrzymać moje ostateczne prawdy
Których moje serce jest stróżem
Kiedy się uśmiecham, wąchając rozmaryn
Na pamiątkę

How to balance the work and rest cycle
Is not a small task
In awareness and with intentionality
And triumvirate of reminders
Effective and sustainable boundaries can be set
To work and rest naturally

Mądrość wiedzy
Jak zrównoważyć cykl pracy i odpoczynku
To nie jest małe zadanie
Ale świadomość i intencjonalność
I triumwirat przypomnień
Może ustalić efektywne i trwałe granice

With self-awareness and intentionality
We create our wellness
That is not conditional on others or things
The way to our highest self
Is like climbing Mt. Everest of highest truths
Obscured by the fog of our myopic ego
The ultimate choice we make
During our life as the journey of self-knowledge
Is the one we will be leaving the material realm with

Z samoświadomością i intencjonalnością
Tworzymy nasze dobre samopoczucie / dobrostan
Niezależnie od innych ani od rzeczy
Droga do naszego najwyższego ja
Jest jak wspinaczka na Mt. Everest najwyższych prawd
We mgle wizji naszego krótkowzrocznego ego
Ostateczny wybór, jakiego dokonujemy
Podczas naszego życia jako podróż samowiedzy
To ten, z którym będziemy opuszczać materialny wymiar

Winds of Change / Wiatry zmian

Listening to what is said
Patiently and by being present
Not doubting my abilities
Intellectually sharp and being accountable
Motivating myself to challenge conceptual limits
With freedom and unconditionality
Like a butterfly naturally endowed with innovation and authenticity
And the element of surprise
On stage of life, doing things
Multitasking, delegating, and integrating
Morally loving and caring for self
While discerning who are friends and who are lows (*)

Słuchając tego, co jest mówione
Cierpliwie, będąc obecną
Nie wątpiąc we własne umiejętności
Intelektualnie bystra i odpowiedzialna
Motywuję się, by rzucać wyzwania konceptualistycznym ograniczeniom
Z wolnością i bezwarunkowością
Jak motyl, naturalnie obdarzony innowacją i autentycznością
I elementem zaskoczenia
Na scenie życia, robiąc różne rzeczy
Przez wielozadaniowość, delegowanie, i integrację
Kochając moralnie i troszcząc się o siebie
Podczas rozeznawania, kto jest przyjacielem, a kto nie

(*) The term lows was used to reflect low intended people, who deserve our moral love for just being members of the same species but are certainly not deserving of our attention and time. Sending them a silent blessing without them even knowing is our blessing through self-respect. / Termin „lows” był używany w odniesieniu do ludzi o niskich intencjach, którzy zasługują na naszą moralną miłość za to, że są po prostu członkami tego samego gatunku, ale z pewnością nie zasługują na naszą uwagę i czas. Wysyłanie im cichego błogosławieństwa, nawet bez ich wiedzy, jest naszym błogosławieństwem wynikającym z szacunku do samego siebie. 🙂

Sometimes the best thoughts are the ones not processed
Sometimes the best words are the ones not spoken
Sometimes the best state is silence
In the state of gratitude to God for the life spared

Czasami najlepsze emocje to te, które nie są odczuwalne
Czasami najlepsze myśli to te nieprzetworzone
Czasami najlepsze słowa to te, które nie zostały wypowiedziane
Czasami najlepszym stanem jest cisza
W stanie wdzięczności Bogu za oszczędzone życie

Our natural dynamics are potentialities
That, with free will, we can actualize
As we mature depending on our self-awareness
We can be our mentors or tormentors
So, let’s always select wisely to not harm ourselves

Nasza naturalna dynamika to możliwości
Możemy je urzeczywistnić wolną wolą
W miarę dojrzewania w zależności od naszej samoświadomości
Możemy być naszymi mentorami lub oprawcami
